Can someone help me with these tarot cards?


I am learning to read tarot cards, but I always have trouble with the court cards. They are frustrating for me and I always have trouble interpreting them. Do they ALWAYS represent real people? Any insight, advice, tips, or explanations would be very helpful! I am using a Rider-Waite deck if that makes any difference.

Court cards often represent other people, but it does not always have to be that way. Sometimes, court cards may be more likely to represent personal characteristics of either yourself or someone else. For example, the Queen of Cups can represent emotional balance and great listening skills. Court cards may also refer to something that is happening at the time. For example, the Page of Wands can represent that you are about to embark an exciting new journey for personal growth and development.

So, interpreting court cards as actual people is a starting point, but there are other methods which may also be useful.

Best place to find Tarot Cards in any area is at a New Age or Metaphysical book store and gift shop. Have never seen one yet that does not carry them. I am sure you can also purchase them online.

What are the right tarot cards for me?


I think it would be cool to get some tarot cards and I found some online that have funny pictures of animals dressed in suits and stuff, but everyone online is saying about picking the right cards for you and not just picking based on the pictures. I don't particularly believe in any of the stuff, but how exactly are you supposed to pick the right tarot cards for yourself if not by the pictures?

On my tarot cards each time i do it it says i have an impediment?


I speak just fine so in what other ways can i have an impediment. I got this 3 times when it comes to how people view me.

Im not into tarot cards like that(egyptian tarot's) but i find it interesting i got that particular card 3 times in the "how others view you" section. I shuffled very well and i got that card every time that i did it to myself.

An impediment is a physical defect according to Macmillan school dictionary. Also an obstruction.
I think the 'osbstruction' part would be more relevant when interpreting the Tarot. As in maybe something blocking your success or creativity, a relationship--something like that would seem more applicable.

Should Tarot cards be sold in the USA for playing actual card games?


In European countries such as France, there are Tarot cards sold to play actual card games similar to Spades and Bridge. According to most historians, Tarot cards were originally intended for card games and not for divination. However in countries such as the US, Tarot cards are only sold for fortune telling purposes and most Americans only associate Tarot with divination. Do you believe this situation should change? Would you play actual card games with Tarot? Should Tarot publishers supply game rules with Tarot decks?

As a tarot reader, I would love to have instructions for the game Tarocci (sp?). I love to play cards, in any shape or form.
Any cards, anything as that goes, can be used for divination.
Situation change? well, add instructions for the game, but don't exclude the divination use of the cards.

Does any one know how to make tarot cards out of a deck of cards?


My friend told me she read a book once that told her how to make tarot cards out of a deck of cards, she was wondering if anyone knew a site to tell her how to do so? Or if anyone out there has done it for themselves. I have searched for her, and found nothing.

The orignal reading cards were a 52 deck and some people read with the jokers, if reading and the joker is up side down it means he is laughing at you and what you are reading is more fears.

Then the tarot cards came about after that. THe 52 deck is called Gypsy reading. Another thing to remember when reading is that the 52 card deck is only is interested in the future or what is about to occur, the tarot deals with the past and the future and has lots of inuendo.

Grandmothers read these cards and passed it down to their children. The 10 of spades is bad luck or the prison card, 10 of hearts is hopes dream and ambitions. The quean of clubs is a woman with white skin, brown and blue or brown eyes (thats the colouring of the person) a quean pf spades is usually a dark skinned, dark eyed and dark haired woman) There are different variations for each card. The cards are very cryptic and takes years to work out the combinations. Its a very old art of divining.

Hi, how come tarot cards actually come true? I have a pack, I used them when I was little and they always come true. And I usually forget my fortune so I write it down and the end of the day I check and they come true! Why is that how does that happen? ALSO if you have Cardcaptor Sakura Tarot cards how do I use them? They're in a different language so my cousin always did it for me. Thanks for your help!

okay you where usually doing it for that day(a reading i mean)and you put your energy into them so they would end up coming true. or a warning. and i do them alot and they always come true, even death...yes that sounds stupied but i did get a big change in my life, good thing too...but put your energy
