What is a good idea for what the story should be about? (You don't have to be too detailed)
The story could be about different people with psychic powers fighting against each other, then you could make some of them family fighting against each other and see if they fight or what could happen.
Psychic powers:
Shape shifting (changing hair colour, hair length, eye colour, skin colour.)
Mind control (Make people do things that they have no control over)
Telepathic (make objects move)
Seeing the future
Mind Reading
Witch-craft
Psychic Power Have you ever had an experience which made you wonder if you a small amount of psychic power?
Everyone has Psychic abilities. That's why we have moments like that. It's just a matter of tapping into them and learning how to use them. I have had many psychic moments. One time me and my friend were going to a Slayer concert and we got on the highway. We drove for about 2 miles and I looked at my friend and told him " dude we're not going to make it to the concert because we are going to have a flat tire" He laughed at me. Sure enough about three miles down the highway the car started thumping. He pulled over and the tire on the passenger side was flat. He tripped out. To this day if you bring that up he'll tell you how freaked out he was. We went to the concert the next night.

There is a test where someone holds up a card with a picture on it and the supposed psychic person says what the picture is. What is that test called?
Has anyone ever passed is successfully or have they done away with this test?
Ah yes, the old Zener Test. These cards were designed back in the early 1930's by a psychologist named Karl Zener, and used by J. B. Rhine, a parapsychologist, in tests meant to identify potential psychic abilities. The Zener Test has been used to test for ESP, Clairvoyance, Telepathy, and Remote Viewing. It uses a deck of 25 cards, five each of the five symbols.
The probabilities are that anyone should get 5 out of 25, so a score of 10 or better is required to denote some sort of psychic ability. Over the years, there have been reports published which contain results which are deemed "significant" by some researchers, while being ridiculed and dismissed by others as not nearly significant enough to actually identify possible psychic ability. To my knowledge, even though some groups say that some people have passed the test, there has never been a consensus among all scientific groups that this has ever been done to their complete satisfaction (big surprise there).

there is a good article on the Zener cards and testing, and even a computer generated version of the test. I personally would not put too much faith in the computer generated test, however, because there is no actual image to pick up on, as there would be with real Zener cards.
In my own experience, I was fortunate enough to have a bunch of friends in high school who were aware of my psychic abilities and wanted to help me develop them, and also to see if I could help them develop any abilities. One guy was particularly interested in telepathy, so we used a variation on the Zener cards. We substituted a triangle for the cross, and instead of using cards, we had 2 notebooks that we would draw one of the shapes in, at random, so we would have a written record of our attempts. We sat in a room completely out of view of each other (there was a huge book case between us), and would take turns trying to send each other a mental image of the shape we had drawn. One of us would try to send 5 images (one at a time) to the other, and then we would switch and the previous "receiver" would try sending his 5 images to the other guy. I got rather good at it, and after I got a score of 6 out of 5 (he had crossed out an image and drawn another, and I had actually read him changing his mind), I realized I had outgrown the Zener test and we moved up to a deck of playing cards.
So, I don't know about the effectiveness of using the Zener test for clairvoyance or ESP, but as a training tool for telepathy, I can say that they can really help.

I've really been hoping for an extremely looong time to know how to levitate without using psychic powers or any cheap and stupid secret way. I want to do this with my mind powers and learn to fly... IT WOULD BE... AWESOME!!!!!
This is where I'd like the professionals help me out.

Afterlife..there were two series..both available on amazon and no it has finished..but well worth buying..she is an amazing actress
