How do you talk to ghost and spirits?

Okay well I love ghost.And I wanna see/talk/communicate with them.I have seen one before and experianced paranormal activity.Yesterday I was at meh mom's friend's hosue and was eating cake when I saw a white figure walk from teh dining room to their dad's room.And when I was 7 I saw a peice of paper float off of my desk and into the floor.I wanna become a physic/medium.

As I have been talking to them all of my life, I will tell you the secret.

Ghost are people. You talk to them as you would to another person. That is all.

If you think you are in the presence of one, say "Hi, how are you doing?" If you want to hold a conversation with one, do it. Just be prepared that you might not hear an answer. Use a tool like a flashlight and try Yes/No questions. You might use a tape recorder but the answers are often misunderstood. They are not very clear when played later. Remember to explain what you are doing. They may not have seen this technology before. Introduce yourself. Remember you manners.

Keep questions short and to the point. Don't be rude. Every time I see a tv show that has them being rude tot he ghost I think the same thing. You know what you get when you goose a ghost? Nothing. No ghost, no answers. They leave.

Also remember that the ghost is going to tire quickly. They no longer have the amount of energy we have to use. They will just suddenly tire and be gone. If you feel you are getting a good amount of interaction with them and this happens, come again another day. If they liked to talk to you that time, they will like to talk again. You might even form a friend.
