I currently live in Cape Town , South Africa . I have always been intuitive since I was a child and did not understand my potential until recently. Can psychics make accurate predictions?

About 2 blocks from where I live there's a house where there's a sign that says tarot readings or psychic, well I don't really remember what it says. But it's one of those places where you go and get your future read by a psychic. Anyway I was just wondering if anyone has ever gone to get there future read by a psychic. If you have did the prediction come true or was it all bull? And how much did they charge you? Also are they able to read your past and know what kind of person you are? How do they do that? I'm just curious cause they seem to have a lot of customers. But I get the feelin it's just a scam.
