Can spiritual healing help medical problems?

I get real bad blood sugar problems sometimes and I think most of it is just from stress and a really bad energy buildup. I am a definite believer in healing from the inside out, the mind, spirit, and the body to follow. What are some ways to heal my spiritual energy so my body will start to follow suit? This is more of a spiritual question as opposed to highly religious but I am always open to any answers. Thank you. :}

Healing?
As a pragmatic person, I first tend to look into the down to earth ways. That is here: what can you do to improve your diet? White flour and white sugar items unbalance blood sugar. Especially eating white rice, one may become very hungry some time thereafter. White rice spells empty carbohydrates (like white sugar). Also unsprouted grains may do the same for some people. Sprouting them for salads, soups etc. is a better way to eat grains, if the product has not been frozen. Especially sprouted lentils in salads are tasty. Organic food helps to get at least less pesticides. Dried cane juice is better than white sugar, and innocent sounding High Fructose Corn Syrup has been found by scientists to cause diabetes. best is to read the labels and make healthy choices. Furthermore, you may want to look into the products for blood sugar balance from Dr. Julian Whitaker and Dr. David Williams. There also may be the kidneys involved (baggy eyes). A gentle kidney repair diet may be chosen. Protein from animals may burden the kidneys. The pH will tell. Measuring the pH of urine and saliva is a great guide to healthy kidneys, which relate to the pancreas. The pH should always be 7.5.There are pH falsifiers, like coffee, they show an alkaline pH but are acid-forming.

The next I would look into is Color*MedicineTM. This is a technique ranging between the physical and the spiritual/unseen world. It is the last and only visible octave the human eyes can see. That's why Color*MedicineTM had great success in many cases. Hospitals use blue for newborn babies (liver), and wear green coats driving off bacteria. Wait until they "discover" the Dinshah 12 color system, available in the US for about 90 years! There are also Dinshah color sounds to listen to while working, or for only 5 minutes with the color session (shining the lamp with taped on, self-made filter holder and color filter on the skin). Color water is easy to make and especially used for internal organs.

Beyond energy, all is faith or belief. What we believe in, we create. What we habitually think, we create. What we fear, we create. That's why well-meant "precautious" sentences can be so self-fulfilling, "We have to see that this is nothing bad." That does it for many! That's why Tarot reading, leaving bad energy hang over someone's life without changing it to the positive, is so self-fulfilling! Our thoughts, fears and our faith create! In your case, you may want to tape an affirmation on the mirror, and every time you pass by, you read it out loud (reading it silently is an option). The note may say, "My pancreas is working perfectly, my kidneys are in top shape. My body rejuvenates from day to day. I am happy all day!" You can make your own sentence, which appeals to you, yet, it should be all positive. It is not so good to say, "I no longer have pancreas problems." Such negation may help get very, very negative people on a positive track, used for a short time before going all positive.

Furthermore, prayer have helped to heal, scientifically confirmed. The prayer must be positive, e.g. "Thank you God for my splendidly working pancreas and kidneys, it really feels good." Not, "Dear God, let the sluggish pancreas now finally work properly." That's still focusing on "sluggishness."

You may also join a prayer circle, but watch out for positive prayers.

You may mediate on healing your organs. Not the length of meditation is important, but the highly focused moment of total belief that healing takes place is effective. It may be that one gets to this moment only after hours of meditation, some gets it in a split second. You may want to join a meditation group or class. You may also use Bio*ChakraTM Light Meditation.

In spiritual healing, all that counts is belief/faith. Jesus said, "Your faith has made you whole." Jesus never healed when it was not requested that is, when the person(s) involved did not believe in healing, did not have faith. Many years ago, I healed kidney failure by diet change (measuring the pH of what my body could eat) and faith in it. What my body could tolerate was mainly salads with almond butter dressing (self-made). No negative side-effects.

You can see that there are several levels of healing, which can be address simultaneously or one by one. I wish you the right decision - or should I say, faith?
