Is this bad karma or bad luck?

This week has not gone well. First I miss the bus heading over to my job coach's employment office, then the Suns get demolished by the Nets and Bucks, then I lose my notebook and dayplanner after drinking 5 alcoholic drinks and making a weird unannounced visit to the police station, and now some psychic reader on Kasamba.com predicts that my future wife (who I won't know for another 1.5-2 years) will already be married and going through a divorce...and oh yeah, and she'll already have at least 1 offspring!

Well, I can see how the bad luck subsequent to the 5 drinks may have been more karma than luck. But as to the psychic reader who predicts dire things for you (not so very dire, after all, but you apparently would rather it were more ideal), you needn't take that too seriously. Most divination is very imprecise and unpredictible. So you really have no way of knowing whether this scenario is any more likely, except to the extent of the power of suggestion to make it so. Too many people end up playing out the terms of a prediction because they feel they must. I say do not abdicate your responsiblity to make choices to predictions, however good or bad. You need to be in control of your own fate.

You will find something soon if you truly look. Meditate. Just get quiet and see what comes into your mind. Label the chatter coming in as "thinking" and get between the thoughts to hear what you need to do.
