I'm a big fan of the show, and the woman who is the basis for the show, the real Allison Du Bois. I've read her three books, and they are very insightful.
I like all of the characters, and Bridget is probably my favorite, after Allison's main character...though I am partial to Manuel DeValas, her boss.
There is something almost father-like in his demeanor, the way he looks out for Allison, though he can get annoyed and snippy with her when she can't produce the evidence to match the dreams quickly enough to suit him!
Still, like a real dad, he gets annoyed, he fusses, then it blows over. I like the balance and wisdom that he adds to the show, and to Allison's life.

For those who have ever had a Psychic reading, do you do so just for validation?
Have you ever been to one and realised you had all the answers all along.
Or indeed when you had a reading what was said was just simply 100% proof of that which you knew all along but desired a second opinion.
As a Medium I find its best to have validation on that which comes to me, messages, much needed information etc.

It has a purple silicone skin on the back, misplaced it in my home somewhere around Easter time. We were doing some spring cleaning and my children are known for taking items and losing them in the house. They are just toddlers.
A medium my mom knows gave us an idea but it was too vague, she usually contacts the dead, and isn't always the best at locating objects. She found my mom's boss's ring though, told her it was in a closet at home and she found it. Plus she's told us several other things so I know she's not a fake. Funny or Clever things to say to a "Psychic Medium's"?
Well, I don't believe in psychics, mediums or talking to the dead.
But, I am going to a seance later this year.
Do you know of any things to say to catch them out or prove that they are fake?
(I remember watching a comedy show (I'm British) for maybe "Live at the Apollo" where (maybe Dara O'Brien) said about how (to use his phrase) the audience took the piss out of a medium at a seance. He said some examples and if you could remember them they would do as i know that they were very funny.)
