why do you think some psychic are so accurate, e.g. those psychic detectives?

how can they have that kind of power? and also those who can talk with the dead.......(e.g. the black woman in the movie ''Ghost''), how can they have that power?

The richer ones have teams of people to do research about their prospective clients. Others just do the research themselves.

Psychic Detective Part 2

Psychic Phenomenon: Is it real? I like to think that it is, but there is so much online that discounts it.?

The internet has a ton of media that goes against the reality of psychic phenomenon. People like Sylvia Browne have essentially outed themselves as frauds (or, in the very least, fairly inconsistent in high profile cases). On the other hand, shows like "Psychic Detectives" present amazing stories that lead one to believe that psychic phenomenon is real.

Psychic simply means "of the soul". The soul is the mind, the mindless are the soulless. The vast majority of people do not want to think beyond their own complicated worlds of mass consumption. The thought that their is something more, which can't simply be purchased, is frightening to them. It has already been discovered that the pineal gland, located right behind your forehead, is a light sensing organ. It detects invisible light, traditionally called the minds eye or sixth chakra. Science has also discovered that the mind is contained outside the brain in what they call the "Holographic Universe". This is the electromagnetic field caused by the brain by thinking, remembering, dreaming, etc. It has traditionally been called the Aura, and is one of the things the pineal gland "sees". What is "real"? How about light? Can you put it in your pocket? And why do skeptics spend so much time on something that they don't even believe exists?
