How can social incentives be used to promote ecological conservation, particularly in an online environment?
Any additional information about how social incentives work, creating community in an online medium, or example of systems that effectively use incentives would be helpful.
Since you've offered no examples---let's speculate.
Here's a social incentive to stimulate a reduction in the dependence on foreign oil.
The Government (U.S.) offers tax rebates to any purchaser of a "Hybrid or Ethanol" automobile for the duration of the buyer's loan or lease.
The Government (U.S.) creates a "National Works Project" in the implementation and administration of "Green" programs--the social incentive---JOBs---a reduction in taxes for all participants during the construction and implementation phases.

Online readings from mediums?
Sorry if this is in the wrong place, wasn't sure where to put it.
Are there any mediums, who can do a reading online from a photo? Someone who doesn't charge the earth! I have seen so many, and you can tell they just wanna screw you for money, i'm looking for someone honest and decent =)
Lol, believe or not there are some honest mediums out there, and I'm not so much a fool that I can't tell when they are questioning me to help them with answers, and before anyone got any payment they would have to come up with something not guessable, nor everyday general stuff for me to hand over any money and I certainly won't be answering any questions,and no no pic here, this would be done privately.
"Mediums" always speak by demons, and that leads to damage in your life.
You should go to JESUS, who is God and your Creator, and wants to give you leading for free!
But demons always mean harm, destruction, and death to people. And only JESUS stops demons and drives away demons. You need to believe in Jesus for His free gift of eternal life in heaven, and call on the Name of Jesus for help RIGHT NOW!
Most importantly, you need to believe in JESUS for His free gift of eternal life, to be in heaven instead of hell.
The truth about death is that death brings immediate heaven or hell, depending only on whether you believed in JESUS for His free gift of salvation, or not.
Heaven is eternal joy with the Lord! 
The lake of fire is eternal torment. Nobody has to be sent there. Jesus wants everybody in heaven!
So to be in heaven and not in hell, believe in Jesus for His free gift of salvation RIGHT NOW! 
Jesus is God, and Jesus loves you so very much! And the Trinity is true! Jesus is the Messiah!
The truth about Jesus is that the only way to be saved and to get into heaven and avoid being sent to hell, is by believing in JESUS for His free gift of eternal life in heaven, believing in faith alone that Jesus, who is God, died on the cross for all our sins as FULL PAYMENT for all our sins, and then Jesus rose from the dead (1 Corinthians 15:1-4). Believe in Jesus for His free gift of salvation, and you will be in heaven, no matter what! John 3:16, John 6:47!
Salvation is a FREE GIFT that happens in a split second when you believe in JESUS for His free gift of salvation! It is impossible to lose or "leave" salvation (John 6:39-40, John 10:28, 1 John 5:13).
Please pray now: "Jesus, I believe that You died on the cross to pay for my sins and that You rose from the dead, and I thank You for eternal life!" You will be in heaven with Him forever when you die!
