   This program is not complete in itself and seems to be copied pasted from somewhere. For example look at these two lines:

   public String [] arrLastname = {"Williams","Moses","Smith","Jackson","W… //array of Patients last names
   public String [] arrHistory = {"jw.txt","mm.txt","ls.txt","jj.txt","sw… //array of Patients medical History files

   The arrays are not completed here.

   This class also refers another class Patient, which has not been provided here.

   Assuming that you have complete code, you can also let us know specific issues you are facing.
