The only psychic ability you are mentioning here is that of reading a person. I have a few, but I'll just talk about the one of precognition. Actually, it's as if I suddenly would have a memory in my mind of an event which hadn't yet occurred which I was now aware of, and when the event did happen then it happened just like my "memory" of it. As I had near total recall I would be able to call up the "memory" and compare it to the actual memory when the event occurred. So I know your explanation didn't apply to what was happening to me in this manner.

On a world level, I knew about such events as Watergate and the Olympic massacres before they occurred. On a personal level I knew about several people's deaths before they happened including my own sister's, none of them having previous signs of them going to happen.

These are just some of the more profound "premonitions". I've had plenty more throughout my life. I never really wanted them and having them and other "psychic" abilities caused me to try to find answers. So I took to studying physics and quantum physics on my own in search of answers of what was going on with me, and with hopes of finding a way to rid myself of these "gifts". There are explanations to be found there if you actually bother to search thoroughly.
